Only drivers specified in the rental agreement as "authorized drivers" are permitted to drive the vehicle. Except in cases of emergency as permitted by law, no other individual may drive the vehicle. All authorized drivers must be at least 25 years old and possess a valid driver's license. Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc., based in Temecula, CA and San Diego, CA, reserves the right to implement additional qualifications at its discretion during the rental period. Additional drivers may be subject to an extra fee as determined by Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc.

The rental period begins upon vehicle custody or as stated in the rental agreement, whichever is earlier. Any early possession or late return may incur extra charges. Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. requires the vehicle to be returned in its original condition (except for regular wear and tear) to the specified return location in Temecula, CA or San Diego, CA. Failure to do so may result in cleaning, drop-off, or rate charges. Extending the rental without Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc.'s permission will lead to additional fees and vehicle repossession. If the vehicle is illegally parked, abandoned, or used unlawfully, Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. may recover it at your expense without prior notice. You waive any right to a hearing or notice of legal process as per Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc.'s conditions for vehicle recovery, if permitted by law.

The Renter must return the vehicle in the same condition as received. Additionally, the Renter bears responsibility for all maintenance and repair expenses arising from negligence, misuse, or failure to adhere to Luxe Sprinter Vans Inc.'s guidelines.

During the rental period, the Renter assumes full responsibility for any damages to the vehicle, including accidents, collisions, or vandalism, with scratches larger than a quarter considered damage. In case of damage, Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. may utilize the security deposit for repairs, with any excess costs to be paid by the Renter within 3 days of notification. The vehicle is equipped with three remotes: one for lighting, one for the TV, and one for the AppleTV; any missing remotes will incur a $150 replacement fee per remote. Due to lower clearance and longer wheelbase, if damage occurs to the front fender or body, the Renter is responsible for repairs.

As a Renter, you agree not to use the vehicle for any illegal purposes. Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited inside the vehicle to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Additionally, the vehicle should not be taken to music festivals, used for off-roading, snow travel, or driven on dirt roads to ensure its safety and integrity. These measures help uphold the terms set by Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. and ensure a pleasant rental experience for all customers.

Renter is responsible to pay Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. on demand the total daily rental fee of $650 for the entire rental period. For those opting for a professional driver, an additional charge of $75 per hour applies. In the event of excessive mess, a supplementary cleaning fee of $250 will be imposed.

A security deposit of $1,500 is mandatory upon vehicle pickup. Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. will refund this deposit within 3 days after the vehicle's return, deducting any charges for damages or outlined fees as specified in the agreement.

All cancellations must be communicated via both phone call and email at least seventy-two (72) hours before the scheduled reservation or Rental Agreement pickup date. Failure to do so will result in the full down payment being owed to Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. If cancellation occurs within less than seventy-two (72) hours of the reservation or pickup date, the entire balance of the rental will be due. Additionally, delivery, transfer, one-way fees, and any scheduled driver flights are non-refundable. For rentals extending over (10) days, full payment is required upfront, and any cancellations must be made by phone and email at least (10) days before the Rental Agreement Pickup Date, otherwise, the total amount including the deposit will be owed to Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any reservations or bookings before or during the rental period. Refunds are not provided for vehicles returned early or before the Rental Agreement due date. Luxe Sprinter Vans, Inc. cannot be held responsible for, nor will it issue refunds for manufacturer-based issues with the vehicle.
